As members of the Deltatau Palosanto Foundation we wish to inform you that:
The Foundation produces a Palo Santo Medicine whose very high quality derives from observance of the ancient rules and laws of Pacamamac.
- Palo Santo is a Medicine of Pachamamac because it has always been tended and used by indigenous societies to cure their people.
Ancient rules of production:
- Use but do not exploit
- Artesanal not Industrial: the Medicine is thresoult of the work of many individuals
- The Medicine must be available at all
- Do not prevent others developing the Medicine
Since ancestral times, Palo Santo Medicine has been made by hand, which is what today we mean by “Artesanal Production”. The Foundation continues this millenial tradition of respect.
Following these laws, which allow us to produce a Palo Santo Medicine of extremely high quality, we oppose any form of patent that might restrict the production of Palo Santo Medicine and which might prevent others from developing the Medicine.
We oppose exclusivists since they limit the spread of Palo Santo Medicine and raise its price, thereby also restricting the development of the community that gains is living through this work.
Pachamamac cannot accept the rigid commercial means of the market, and for this reason the Foundation also cannot accept the rigid commercial means of the market.
Thus anyone may buy directly from us as much Palo Santo essence as he or she wishes.
