    The Bursera Graveolens, better known as Palo Santo, is a tree native to Ecuador and other countries in South America. In the Manabí province, parallel to the process to declare the Palo Santo Joa 50 ha (123.553 ac) Project a protector forest, we held meetings with representatives of several Universities interested in the restoration project for the tropical dry forest where the Palo Santo tree grows. Through these meetings we managed to establish agreements to perform a structural analysis of the forest and work together in the publication of scientific articles.Read More
