The Crystal Serenity cruise arrived in Manta on Wednesday, January 25 at 7:00 am with 1700 passengers including crew. This ship left Colon-Miami.
The tourists were received on the port esplanade to provide information of the route. Many of them went to the fair that took place in the Central Park of Manta. At the fair they found 100% handmade crafts, including Tagua jewelry, embroidered clothing, wicker utensils, etc.
We are in the cruise season and the artisans and street vendors take advantage to sell their products. There are 7 ships that will arrive in the month of January. Around 9200 tourists will know Manta and its tourist places that are to its environs: The Montecristi Hill, The Eloy Alfaro Museum, and the beaches. For people who like nature there is the Pacoche Forest, there are transportation agencies that do the citytour to these people.
