For a company that stresses sustainability, I'm disappointed in the amount of resources used in your packaging. The soap has no aromatherapy qualities. The time to stamp each stick is a waste. The bracelet is nice but dosen't need to be in its own little box. I surely will not order this again. And the shipping cost is exorbitant.
Thank you for your comments. 1) The soap is manufactured with 100% essential oil of palosanto, along with its soothing properties. For this reason, PAO (period after opening) is 1 month. It is clearly marked on the label; 2) We mark our sticks as proof of genuine of our product, traceability of the products, and that it has been manufactured from naturally dead logs of palosanto. There are a lot of sticks out in the market that do not comply with a sustainable process. 3) Our bracelet's packing is recycled paper. Our products need to communicate and raise awareness. 4) Shipping directly from Ecuador might cost a little bit.
